Grass-mud-horse：The Grass Mud Horse - (草泥马) Cǎo Ní Mǎ - is a Chinese Internet meme widely used as symbolic defiance of the widespread Internet censorship in China. It is one of the 10 mythical creatures, and since an article about it was created on Baidu Baike in early 2009, it has become a cult phenomenon on the internet in China through chat forums. Videos, cartoons and merchandise of this animal, which apparently resembles the "alpaca", have appeared, and it has since received worldwide press attention.
草泥马：草泥马，是普通话脏话"肏你妈"的谐音，起源不明确。包括"草泥马"在内的词汇被中国网民列入其恶搞"十大神兽"之内，"草泥马"最初于2009年初发布于百度百科，之后迅速蹿红，在聊天室、论坛中广为流传，其代表象征形象为羊驼（Alpaca）（草泥马无处不在）。
